Pinfall Grove ("uygulama") Ümit Çağlayan Kırkoç tarafından geliştirilmektedir. Bu politikada geçen "veri sorumlusu" Ümit Çağlayan Kırkoç'tur.
Kısaca
Pinfall Grove hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, işlemez veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz. Uygulamanın kendi sunucusu yoktur ve hesap açılmaz. Oyun ilerlemen yalnızca senin cihazında kalır.
Toplanan veriler ve amaç
Uygulamanın kendisi hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Pinfall Grove:
- Kullanıcı hesabı açtırmaz, giriş yaptırmaz.
- Kendi sunucusuna veri göndermez; uygulama içinde bir arka uç (backend) yoktur.
- Analitik, izleme (tracking) veya reklam aracı içermez.
- Üçüncü taraf yazılım kitaplığı (SDK) kullanmaz.
- Kamera, konum, mikrofon, fotoğraf, bildirim veya sağlık izni istemez.
App Store Connect Gizlilik Etiketi'nde uygulama "Veri Toplanmıyor" (Data Not Collected) olarak beyan edilmiştir.
Saklama yeri ve süresi
Tahta ilerlemen, yıldızların, tohum kilitlerin ve ayar tercihlerin (ses, haptik, hassasiyet gibi) yalnızca cihazının kendi deposunda (Apple'ın SwiftData teknolojisiyle) tutulur. Bu verilere biz erişemeyiz; kendi sunucumuza hiçbir şekilde ulaşmaz. Veriler uygulamayı sildiğinde cihazından silinir; iCloud eşitleme bu sürümde yoktur.
Cihazını iCloud'a yedekliyorsan uygulama verileri Apple'ın standart cihaz yedeklemesine dahil olabilir — bu iOS'un genel davranışıdır, Pinfall Grove'un ayrı bir özelliği değildir.
Üçüncü taraflar — Apple
Uygulama iki noktada Apple'ın kendi sistemlerini kullanır ve bu noktalarda veri işleyen Apple'dır, biz değil:
- Satın alma (StoreKit): "Tam Oyun" tek seferlik satın alımı Apple'ın App Store altyapısı üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgisi, ödeme bilgisi geliştiriciye hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; geliştirici yalnızca Apple'ın sağladığı, kişiselleştirilmemiş satın alma durumunu görür.
- Game Center (isteğe bağlı): Günlük liderlik tablosu ve başarımlar için Game Center'a giriş yapmayı seçebilirsin. Bu tamamen isteğe bağlıdır; giriş yapmasan da oyun tamamen çalışır. Game Center'a bağlıyken gönderilen skor ve başarım verisi Apple tarafından işlenir ve Apple'ın Gizlilik Politikası'na tabidir; bu veriye biz erişemeyiz.

Çökme raporları
iOS ayarlarında "Uygulama Geliştiricileriyle Paylaş" seçeneğini açtıysan Apple, çökme raporlarını anonim olarak bizimle paylaşabilir. Bu raporlar kişisel veri içermez.
Çocuklar
Pinfall Grove herkes için uygundur (4+) ve kişisel veri toplamadığı için çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden veri toplanmaz.
Hakların ve iletişim
Uygulama kişisel veri işlemediği için 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında işlenen bir verin bulunmamaktadır; bu metin aynı zamanda aydınlatma metni işlevi görür. Destek için bize e-posta gönderdiğinde e-posta adresin ve mesajın yalnızca sana yanıt vermek amacıyla kullanılır, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz ve dilediğin zaman aynı adrese yazarak silinmesini isteyebilirsin. Pinfall Grove ("the app") is developed by Ümit Çağlayan Kırkoç, who is the data controller referred to in this policy.
In short
Pinfall Grove collects no personal data, processes none, and shares none with third parties. The app has no server of its own and requires no account. Your game progress stays only on your device.
Data collected and purpose
The app itself collects no personal data. Pinfall Grove:
- Has no user accounts and no sign-in.
- Sends no data to a server of its own; there is no backend.
- Contains no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
- Uses no third-party SDKs.
- Requests no camera, location, microphone, photo, notification or health permission.
In the App Store Connect App Privacy label, the app is declared as "Data Not Collected."
Storage location and duration
Your board progress, stars, unlocked seeds and preferences (sound, haptics, aim sensitivity, etc.) are stored only in your device's own storage (using Apple's SwiftData). We cannot access this data; it never reaches any server of ours. It is deleted from your device when you delete the app; there is no iCloud sync in this version.
If your device backs up to iCloud, app data may be included in Apple's standard device backup — this is standard iOS behavior, not a feature of Pinfall Grove.
Third parties — Apple
The app relies on Apple's own systems in two places, and in those places Apple, not us, is the one processing data:
- Purchases (StoreKit): the one-time "Full Game" purchase is made through Apple's App Store. Payment details never reach the developer; the developer only sees a non-personalized purchase status supplied by Apple.
- Game Center (optional): you may choose to sign in to Game Center for the daily leaderboard and achievements. This is entirely optional; the game works fully without it. Scores and achievement data submitted while signed in are processed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, and we cannot access it.

Crash reports
If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in iOS settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports with us. They contain no personal data.
Children
Pinfall Grove is rated for everyone (4+). Since it collects no personal data, no data is collected from anyone, including children.
Your rights and contact
Because the app processes no personal data, there is no personal data held under applicable data protection law (including Turkey's KVKK); this section also serves as the disclosure notice required by KVKK. When you email us for support, your email address and message are used only to reply to you, are never shared with third parties, and you may ask for that correspondence to be deleted at any time by writing to the same address: kirkocumit@gmail.com

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page and the effective date above is updated.
